Language auto-detection is on by default. When a caller speaks in Hindi, the AI responds in Hindi. When they switch to English, the AI switches too — mid-conversation, without interruption.

The cross-lingual knowledge base means you maintain your business information in one language (typically English), and the AI delivers accurate answers in any supported language. Updates in one language propagate automatically to all languages.
